Since they also released dairy-free cashew dips, I expected this cheesecake to be cashew-based. But it actually appears be nut-free, and free of most top allergens (aside from wheat)! Based on the ingredients, it looks like it is made with Wayfare cream cheese alternative. When you try this cheesecake, don’t forget to leave your rating and review below!


Ingredients: dessert base (water, lima beans, oats, coconut and safflower oils, gum arabic, sea salt, konjac flour, cultured dextrose, blue agave syrup, natural flavour, calcium citrate, citric acid, lactic acid, tocopherols, sunflower lecithin), sugars (sugar, corn maltodextrin), graham crumbs (enriched wheat flour, graham flour, sugar, sunflower oil, blackstrap molasses), palm oil shortening, enriched wheat flour, water, natural flavour, modified tapioca starch, corn starch, salt, concentrated lemon juice, concentrated pumpkin juice, citric acid.*

Nutrition (per 135 gram serving): 410 calories, 19g fat, 57g carbs, 4g fiber, 36g sugars, 4g protein.*

After having tried dairy free desserts in the past that did nothing but disappoint and trigger my gag reflex, I didn’t have high hopes for this vegan cheesecake going in. Colour me surprised! It’s SO GOOD!! Do yourself a favor and give it a try – you may thank me later. 🙂
