Don’t worry, this isn’t another genetically engineered vegan milk. Silk has always been, and remains, a dairy-free and non-GMO brand. Silk Nextmilk is just a new formula that combines oat, coconut, and soymilks, along with fortification, to create a creamy alternative that rivals cow’s milk. Each cup has less calories and sugar than milk, but rivals the consistency of whole fat and reduced fat varieties.

Tastes nice, good substitute
Finally a milk alternative that I like the taste of! I’d happily drink this on its own, but also find it perfect on cereal and with shakes. Texture is creamy like dairy but not too thick. I wouldn’t mistake the taste for dairy, but personally I prefer it, with subtle hints of coconut and oat. I’d like to see is a higher protein variety, but will gladly buy this one regularly until then.
First real creamy dairy milk taste/and usable
I have had to drink plant alternative milk for decades this is the first and only one ever that does mimic whole milk and it fooled everybody (unless you say something) it is rich and creamy, can be used to make ice cream, creamer for coffee (yes the first real creamer in coffee). I actually sip a cup of it for dessert, it is that
This is the best one yet!
I’ve been drinking Planet Oat oatmilk for a while as my fave mylk.
Just bought this and gave it a try. It is very white (not an odd grey or tan). When you pour it you can see it has the same consistency as cows milk.
And wow! Creamy with good mouth feel, and no graininess or secondary flavors.
This is truly the closest thing I’ve found to actual cows milk.
Finally!
I love dairy but it’s not crazy about me. I spent the extra buck or whatever it was the other day and bought a half gallon of Next Milk, and all I can say is finally! For me, up until now, the plant based stuff was just for cereal. Now I can actually have a glass of “milk”! Nice job silk!
Wow!!This milk substitute has changed my life!
My husband is allergic to dairy, I am not. For many years I have searched for a substitute that didn’t taste weird in my creamy recipes like Tuna or Chicken Casseroles. Most non-dairy milks have an odd twang to them, and I don’t use them in most savory recipes. I can use NEXTMILK in every recipe that I used to use dairy in, and often the results are even better and creamier. In fact, when I am out of cows milk, I drink it myself, even though I don’t have to. I hope they never stop making this stuff!
Excellent milk replacement
I bought this milk when the grocery store was out of my daughters normal coconut milk I was skeptical at first but both her and I loved it! We were able to even use it as a replacement in our biscuits and gravy which was a plus for me!
Silk Next Milk
I have had to change to a dairy free diet very fast and I saw online that Silk Next Milk was very similar to regular milk. I don’t drink milk by itself but the Silk Next Milk has replaced my regular milk in cereal and recipes and I cannot tell a difference at all!
I like Silk Protein Nut Milk more, and it is a much healthier option
The reason this product is creamy is because it has so much coconut cream and coconut oil in it. Those are both tropical oil products, with abundant saturated fat. I prefer Silk’s Protein Nut milk, which has a lot more protein and a lot less saturated fat than Next Milk. Sometimes it is hard to find the Protein Nut milk; I think this may be because one ingredient is pea protein, which I’ve read isn’t always available. I hope Silk doesn’t discontinue the Protein Nut milk…it’s a great product!
Too pricey
I love plant based products. I’m always on the lookout for new products. I found this product and decided to give it a try since I drink the other products. I gave this product 4 stars because of the price of $4.99. The flavor was very good but it’s just too pricey for half a gallon.
My opinion
I was skeptical about next milk when it hit the shelves. But I tried it and it’s really good. It tastes fresh and tastes like milk. I love it in my coffee and its awesome ! I also drink it by itself from a cup. 👍 On this product !
