Kyndra Holley created this keto dairy-free Caesar Dressing Recipe to go with the Caesar Salad Recipe in her new cookbook, Dairy-Free Keto Cooking.
Extra creamy and bursting with savory flavors, this homemade Caesar dressing tastes far better than any variety you might find at your local grocery store, and it is a lot healthier for you, too. Have you ever read the ingredient list on a bottle of store-bought salad dressing? It can be pretty scary.
Keto Caesar Dressing that’s Rich, Creamy, and Deliciously Dairy Free
Some people don’t realize that plain old mayonnaise is naturally dairy-free. It’s simply an emulsion of egg (which is dairy-free) and oil. Kyndra uses mayo as a shortcut ingredient in this keto dairy-free Caesar dressing recipe, but she gives you the option to go completely homemade. There is actually a recipe for from-scratch mayonnaise in Dairy-Free Keto Cooking!
Since her focus is low carb, Kyndra keeps things gluten-free, too. But it’s important to source your ingredients carefully. In the U.S., Lea & Perrins Original Worcestershire Sauce is dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free by ingredients. But it might contain gluten and/or soy in other countries, and some other brands do contain gluten and/or soy. Be sure to check the ingredient statement and consult the manufacturer if potential allergen cross contamination is a concern.

This was fantastic! I only used one large garlic glove on a grater, didn’t add salt, used a Teaspoon of anchovy paste, and added a Tablespoon of almond milk to thin it out a bit. I will be making this again! Tastes just like it came out of the bottle but better!
That’s wonderful Samantha! I’m glad the recipe served as a great guide for your own creation.
