Special Diet Notes: Mayo-Free Vegan Slaw

- ¼ cup Hemp Seed Oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3 cups red and green cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup red and yellow peppers, chopped
- ⅓ cup Shelled Hemp Seed
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ½ carrot, peeled, julienne with vegetable peeler
- Combine Hemp Seed Oil, vinegar and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Whisk together.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
