OH My Goodness – Divvies Cookie Sandwiches are sheer bliss! Two of their tender, amazing, fresh-tasting cookies share a sweet, thick icing with perfect buttery, salty hints.
Mind you, Divvies Cookie Sandwiches are dessert, pure indulgent dessert. No sneaky healthy ingredients, just decadent soft, chewy delights like mom used to make. Okay, maybe a little better, but don’t tell mom!
Tasting Notes for Divvies Cookie Sandwiches
I love the perfectly imperfect way the frosting is spread on Divvies Cookie Sandwiches … thinner on one side, smooshing out the other, for that “nothing is better than homemade” appeal. Plus, food always tastes better when it’s just a little sloppy, don’t you think?
Despite my desire to devour every last bite, Divvies Cookie Sandwiches really are made to share. Half of one of these sweet treats is deliciously satisfying. And share you can, with almost anyone, since they are made in a dairy-free, egg-free and nut-free facility! But which flavor to try first?
Chocolate Brownie Cookies with Vanilla Filling
Like the best brownie I’ve ever had! Thick, lightly fudgy, dense, tender and the icing on the cake is actually right in the middle, in a generously thick layer. The frosting itself is sweet and tasty. Although these sweet gems are truly formulated to eat sandwich-style.
Molasses Cookies with Lemon Filling
These Divvies Sandwich Cookies were an amazing twist on what my taste-buds were expecting. Those warm, lightly deep, very tender molasses cookies paired with a sweet, but not sugary lemon icing that provides a rich citrusy depth. Deep, warm, wintry and alluring in it’s own right. That said, this may be a seasonal selection, as at last check, new Chocolate Chip Divvies Cookie Sandwiches were in their place on their website!
Chocolate Chip with Vanilla Filling
We haven’t tried this variety, but I wanted to share the ingredients for at least one flavor, to give you an idea for the from-scratch recipes they use.
