Updated in 2021 with formula change! I posted about So Delicious Oatmilk Yogurt last week, but Danone actually launched Silk Oat Yeah Oatmilkgurt first. The company says it was a “natural next step” after the launch of Silk Oat Yeah Oatmilk earlier this year.
This dairy-free oatmilk yogurt is made from a creamy combination of gluten-free oats and live and active cultures, and it’s available in four somewhat common flavors. The ingredients are also a bit familiar. If you look closely, you’ll notice that they’re nearly identical to the So Delicious Oatmilk Yogurt. So if you’re a fan of one brand, it’s probable that you will like the other.
Silk Oat Yeah Oatmilkgurt is a Mouthful of Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free Yogurt
We are a but puzzled by all of the cutesy and confusing names on this Silk product. The “Oat Yeah” label makes me think of the Kool-aid man, which doesn’t seem like the best association for a plant-based brand. The term “Oatmilkgurt” sounds like a Swedish product at IKEA, and calling each flavor “The XXX One” is just, well, a little weird. We’d love it if they just called it Silk Oatmilk Yogurt in Vanilla, Mixed Berry, Strawberry, and Mango, but apparently simplicity is boring.
Hopefully they spent as much time perfecting the formula for this product as they did creating the name. But you be the judge! We have the product details here and a place for you to leave your own rating and review below once you’ve tried Silk Oat Yeah Oatmilkgurt (say that five times fast!).

Low Sugar. Low Calorie & Clean
The flavor is lifeless but its exactly what i need. My body is sensitive to a lot of food so this was perfect for me. Low carb, low calories, low sugar and dairy free. Not too worried about texture as others complained. I mix it with my fruits and flax and im good to go. Might try it in a smoothie soon. Keep making simple foods it makes me happy
Oat Sadness
I ate the vanilla. I wish I hadn’t. This stuff is just bad in every way. The consistency is like waffle batter gone wrong. The taste of it lingered in my mouth way too long. Not even the strongest coffee was able to kill it’s foul flavor.
Horrendous
I love yogurt and have tried the vegan kinds to give them a chance.
Oat Yeah is the only one that compelled me to post a review.
In every measure, this is god awful garbage.
It is so runny, it kept falling off the spoon.
The taste (vanilla) was bland and far to sweet. Felt my teeth almost rotting away. How dare Silk put out such pathetic stuff???
Awful Tasting!
I would give it no stars if I could. I can’t even eat it! I tried adding some pure maple syrup, but even that does not mask the awful taste of the oat milk. I use unsweetened soy milk and unsweetened almond milk and enjoy the taste of both, and I also love the taste of oats, but this product is awful!
Oat NO
I’m not usually someone who has an issue with texture, but this was just weird. The taste is not terrible, because there isn’t much of one… I’m happy I don’t have any problems with soy because I’m going to stick with that one!
Tastes like the soy one
It’s got a weird consistency. Kind of gooey on the spoon but watery in your mouth. To me, it tastes nearly identical to their original soy based yogurt. ( I tried the vanilla because I always try vanilla first, in any product). All in all, it tastes very clean and fresh, kind of lemony..I didn’t NOt like it but I probably won’t get it again.
Not Yeah
If I was not using this yogurt in a parfait, I would not have been able to tolerate it.
I tried the mixed berry, but it is much too watery. No consistency of yogurt and the berry flavor was like a watery juice. I bought the strawberry also, but doubt it will taste much different.
Excited to try but no so excited when eating it
Was excited to try this as it is low in sugar and the carb per serving isn’t bad as well. It was awful when I tried it. It was not as sweet as other yogurts which is fine, but the flavor was terrible and the consistency was very liquidy. Will not purchase again.
Just Bad
If you like you yogurt runny with barely any flavor this yogurt is for you. It is so runny you can barely keep it on
your spoon.
Not a fan
Weird taste and texture. I really hated this yogurt and I tried a few different flavors
