Cinnamon Banana Smoothie

Special Diet Notes: Cinnamon Banana Smoothie

By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, plant-based, and vegetarian.

Cinnamon Banana Smoothie
Serves: 2
  • ⅓ cup almonds, soaked for 8 hours, rinse well
  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups water
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serving suggestion: add 1 cup of ice and blend 10 seconds just before serving.
