Special Diet Notes: Cinnamon Banana Smoothie
By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, plant-based, and vegetarian.
- ⅓ cup almonds, soaked for 8 hours, rinse well
- 2 bananas
- ¼ cup dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups water
- Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serving suggestion: add 1 cup of ice and blend 10 seconds just before serving.
