Special Diet Notes: Mustard BBQ Chicken

- 1 – 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon mustard (try plain honey garlic or spicy mustard)
- pinch brown sugar
- shake of pepper
- 6-10 slices of chicken
- Combine the water, mustard, sugar, and pepper in a large dish.
- Marinate chicken in mustard mixture, for at least a hour.
- BBQ on grill.
