    Ingredients
    • ¼ cup silken tofu
    • ½ cup plus 3 tablespoons of water
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
    • Pinch of salt
    Instructions
    1. Blend all ingredients together.
    2. Let the solution stand for ten minutes before adding to your recipe.

      Hi there,,,,I like using buttermilk in my recipes ,,,,the baking turns out so moist. I am going to try this for my daughter as a substitute. But could you tell me what silken tofu is?? I am just a newbie to dairy free thanks
