Tofu Buttermilk Alternative

  • ¼ cup silken tofu
  • ½ cup plus 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Let the solution stand for ten minutes before adding to your recipe.
