We love Amy’s for their dairy-free frozen pizzas, burritos, and cheesy entrees. But did you know they serve breakfast, too? Amy’s Frozen Breakfast Entrees are centered around their organic house-made tofu scrambles, but are served in a few different ways.

Quite good!
The pocket itself is delicious, but it’s more like a thick, bread-y tortilla than a pita pocket. It’s soft, pliable, and wrapped neatly around the scramble filling. The filling is flavorful, but I still wished I had a little hot sauce on hand. The scramble looked quite a bit like eggs with a relatively similar taste and texture. But I’m not an egg fan, so liked this better. I also like how it doesn’t turn gummy when cool. The vegetables were generous and more than little bits. It actually had slices of shiitake throughout and a good smattering of diced bell peppers.
