WA, Seattle – Bastille Cafe & Bar: Offers Parisian Culture and an Allergy Menu

Bastille Cafe & Bar was established as a neighborhood hang out where people could eat, drink, talk, and simply enjoy passing the time. The restaurant celebrates the Bastille with Parisian culture and artifacts.  But what we love most is their kindness toward food allergic, gluten-free, and vegan diners.

Bastille Cafe and Bar in Seattle has an Allergy and Vegan Menu

Bastille Cafe has a full allergy menu where they note top allergen concerns and good options for special diets. They clearly mark which items contain dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and meat, and they even note which menu items can be adapted. We didn’t notice any reference to soy, so be sure to check with the staff if soy is a concern for you. And double check on the items on the allergen menu before ordering, just in case something has been mis-labeled. You can never be too careful!

A few of their dairy-free menu items seem to include Frites & Aioli, Duck Confit, and Steak Frites. And some vegan options include Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpea Fries.
