Enjoy Life Crunchy Cookies are Handcrafted in 4 Allergy-Friendly Varieties

I often say that Enjoy Life’s Soft Baked Cookies are my favorite, but the ones I buy most are actually Enjoy Life’s Crunchy Cookies. Why? Because they are just so darn useful!

Without a doubt, I’m a chewy cookie fan. Before I discovered Enjoy Life ten years ago, I’d never actually purchased a simple crunchy cookie. But these handcrafted crispy wafers are delicious, practical, and now one of my favorite staples. I even created a post on the 10 Ways to Use Crunchy Cookies. I use them to make allergy-friendly  Homemade Oreos, Decorated Cookies, Dairy-Free Ice Cream Sandwiches, Dirt Pudding Cups, and more. But, you can, of course, enjoy them straight up!

I’ve included some of our tasting notes in this post, but you can leave your own rating and review below if you’ve tried Enjoy Life Crunchy Cookies. It helps others make an informed purchasing decision.

    Sugar Crisp

Delightful sums up our feelings about these sugar cookies. They are perfectly sweet, have delicate vanilla notes, are generously decorated with sugar crystals, and again, they have a wonderful light and crisp texture. I like these not only for eating out of hand, but also for making other desserts. They could be crushed to make a topping or pie crust, used to sandwich some leftover icing, or placed in a bowl of ice cream or pudding for an edible garnish.

Enjoy Life Crunchy Cookies Reviews and Information - gluten-free, top allergen-free, vegan-friendly, and delicious!Ingredients: flour blend (brown rice, sorghum and buckwheat), cane sugar, palm oil, water, natural flavors, salt, vanilla extract, leavening (baking soda), xanthan gum, konjac gum, rosemary extract.*

    Vanilla Honey Graham

My husband, the graham-hater, wouldn’t go near these, but I seriously thought I had died and gone to heaven when I tasted these cookies. Vanilla, honey grahams, and crispy cookies harmoniously intertwined – the name really does describe them to a T. These aren’t quite as crispy as the other crunchy cookies. They have a slightly more forgiving graham-like bite that makes them a fair substitute for graham crackers.

    Chocolate Chip

You might be thinking, “Like Chips Ahoy, right?” But no, these are much better. Bigger and filled with allergen-free mini-chips, these crunchy cookies hit a wonderful balance between sweet (from the cookie part) and rich (from the chocolate). Though they are called “crunchy” (implying a thick, heavy and dry cookie in my mind) these are relatively thin and light, with a perfectly crisp bite.

    Double Chocolate

When I sampled these cookies at the conference, I labeled the chocolate chip variety as my second favorite, but the Double Chocolate has just bumped them. The rich, but light chocolate crispy cookie is paired indulgently with a generous amount of Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips. I caught my husband eating these for breakfast … they were obviously his favorite.
