Tropical Kale Smoothie

Tropical Kale Smoothie

Serves: 3 servings
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 kiwi fruit peeled and sliced
  • 1 pear peeled and diced
  • 2 cups baby kale
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • about 1 cup unsweetened milk alternative
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add more milk alternative to blender for a smoother smoothie if desired.
