PA, Chalfont – The Happy Mixer: A Gluten-Free Bakery with Vegan Options

Thanks to Jennifer for recommending The Happy Mixer to us via Facebook:

Just wanted to share a gluten free bakery with many dairy free options. It is The Happy Mixer in Chalfont PA. Their gluten free/ dairy free lemon pound cake is amazing. They have many other gluten free/ dairy free offerings.

The Happy Mixer Gluten-Free Bakery Whips Up Vegan Options (locations in Chalfont, New Hope, and Newtown, Pennsylvania)

The Happy Mixer is a 100% gluten free bakery that makes layer cakes, loaf cakes, muffins, and cookies that are also dairy-free, soy-free and vegan. Keep in mind that many of the menu items do contain dairy. But some of the regular vegan options include Chocolate or Vanilla Cupcakes, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Mint Cream Filled Chocolate Sandwich Cookies. The Lemon Pound Cake that Jennifer mentioned is dairy-free, but it does contain eggs.

They also offer seasonal treats and take special orders. They do have online ordering with the ability to ship several of their vegan menu items to customers throughout the country. But the shipping cost is a little hefty!

  1. Incredible bakery! Truly, the best tasting gluten free baked goods I’ve ever eaten in my 4+ years of being GF. I’m also limiting dairy, so having many of their delicious items be dairy free too is an added plus. I have no affiliation to them other than being a happy customer. I’m in that area 2 or 3 times per year and Happy Mixer is always one of my first stops. Highly recommended!
