Why do we love Quinoa?

This wonderful food has been a favorite here at Go Dairy Free for some time now.  Naturally gluten-free, this pseudocereal is perfect for most food allergy and intolerance sufferers, yet it is tasty enough to serve as a delicious dish to any foodie.  Vegans and protein seekers will also be pleased with quinoa's relatively high protein content (12% – 18%), and its balanced set of essential amino acids (unlike wheat or rice).
