Just BE Kitchen in Denver Satisfies Paleo and Vegan Diners

0

Denver’s first completely gluten-free fast casual restaurant has expanded their hours to include dinner service. Just BE Kitchen now offers three meals a day, seven days a week. But be sure to go early, because this isn’t a late night spot.

Just BE Kitchen is a mostly paleo, 99% dairy-free eatery that cooks and bakes everything from scratch. And yet, they manage to serve menus where every entree is under $15!

Just BE Kitchen in Denver, CO is paleo, gluten-free, and dairy-free friendly with options for vegans and vegetarians

In typical paleo fashion, the entire menu is gluten free. It’s also, not surprisingly, heavy on eggs and meat. But, they actually have several vegetarian and vegan options, which are all clearly labeled right on the menu. They also mark items that are egg-free and nut-free.

And the food is anything but boring. It includes items like a Chicken Caesar with cashew dressing and raw parmesean, a hearty Breakfast Burrito complete with “Cheddar Wiz” and a paleo tortilla, and a Mediterranean Plate featuring grain-free falafels and cauliflower hummus. They also have a Bone Broth Bar that’s open all day, and they pour low-to-no sugar cocktails in the evening.

The dairy mostly comes into play with their line-up of “Bullet” Coffees that are rich in grass-fed butter. Fortunately, they have coconut milk and almond milk lattes for customers who want a moo-less brew.

I was in Denver recently and ate there several times. I have celiac with severe and instant reactions, and I didn’t have a SINGLE reaction. The food was AMAZING!!!!!
