Flacos is an all-vegan Mexican restaurant that uses organic and non-gmo ingredients when possible, including the organic corn masa they use to hand make their corn tortillas. Many items are also gluten-free.
Flacos serves very traditional Mexican food, but with a twist… banana leaf tamales rather than corn husks, vegan “meat” taquitos, and the liberal use of fresh vegetables. Other offerings include pozole, enchiladas, chalupas, and salads. The prices are very fair at Flacos, and they even have weekly value specials. Deals and a menu can be viewed on their website.
