I discovered this bakery from Sure Foods Living, a blog on living with celiac disease and food allergies.

Yet another dedicated gluten-free bakery. They are famous for their biscotti, which is made without dairy and without added fats or oils. Not all of their baked good are dairy-free, but they do have several which are, including bagels, some cakes, dessert squares, etc.
