I have a dedicated gluten, grain, dairy, soy and peanut free facility. We have a complete line of bakery items from breads and tortillas to cookies, cupcakes and even crackers. We also make our own line of dressings and barbecue sauces. Additionally we serve house made soups, salads, sandwiches and pizzas. Everything is made fresh and without any gluten, grain, dairy, soy, yeast, processed sugars, or artificial dyes.
When I probed Mrs. S for some customer favorites at Snackin’ Free, she shared the following house specialties:
Our most popular soup is Chicken Vegetable. We make it with our own chicken bone broth, organic chicken broth, organic celery, onions, carrots and turnips.
One of our most popular sandwiches is Turkey Avocado. It’s made with our signature white bread and filled with herb roasted turkey, avocado, yellow onion, mixed greens, soy free mayo and deli mustard. Another is the Fall Sammich. It’s made on our signature pumpkin bread and filled with herb roasted turkey, organic cranberry sauce, yellow onion, celery, mixed greens, soy-free mayo and deli mustard.
Our most popular salad is called the Powerhouse Salad. It’s made with organic greens (spinach, kale, swiss chard, and romaine), yellow onion, carrot, cucumber, tomato, fruit juice sweetened cranberries, sliced almonds, and topped with any one of our 7 house made dressings.
Our most popular pizza is the Mediterranean Pizza made on our house made gluten-free pizza crust and topped with house made dairy-free pesto, kalamata olives, organic spinach, and dairy-free mozzarella. But people also love our Pepperoni with house made pizza sauce, yellow onions, black olives, black forest ham, dairy-free mozzarella and gluten-free pepperoni.
Coffees and teas are always popular, too. We make them fresh by the cup and served with either coconut or almond milk.
