This is it. A homemade version of Starbucks’ infamous PSL, made dairy free. The recipe includes an easy pumpkin spice sauce that you can use for other recipes.
Nothing says the holidays like ginger beer, cranberry juice … and a splash of vodka!
This sweet, warm beverage is spiked with fresh ginger, cinnamon, sherry, and apple brandy.

I made this wonderful martini for Bom Bom, using their amazing creamy dairy-free liqueur. If you can’t find it, Bailey’s Almande might work as a substitute.

You can actually enjoy this beverage hot or cold. The key is the easy, homemade, buttery pecan creamer that you’ll whip up to make it.
