Sherri Seekins and Rachel Reindeau of Union, Connecticut both suffered from food allergies and intolerances throughout their lives, preventing them from enjoying some of life’s finest treats. They were desperate to find some quality allergen-free food, and after years of disappointment, decided upon creating the products themselves. Wanting to share their creations, they created Par Delà Bakery.

The founders of Par Delà Bakery wanted products that not only looked and smelled appetizing but which also tasted equally delicious.
