If the winnings were in the cards for us, we would purchase a Vitamix blender. My husband cannot eat fresh fruit or veggies or dairy, my daughter cannot eat wheat, dairy, gluten, or eggs, and my other son and daughter have to limit dairy. We are constantly trying tomome up with create recipes and love the So Delicious products.
I’m a HUGE fan of So Delicious and have been using their wonderful products for years.
With five kids who are vegan, and have gluten and dairy allergies to boot, we are forever making things new-to-us and adapted for multiple allergens. So much so that I burned out the motor on my KitchenAid! It now has two speeds – low and “throw powdered sugar all over the kitchen.”
I would buy a new one with the winnings, if I were so lucky!!
I’d love to hear more about raising 5 vegan (and gf!) kids!
